General Terms and Conditions of RRASI.ch
1. Scope and Contractual Partner
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") apply to all contracts and business relationships between you as a customer (consumer or entrepreneur) and RRASI.ch, the operator of the eponymous e-commerce platform (hereinafter referred to as "Provider"). They govern the use of the website and the orders and purchases made through this platform. By registering on our website or placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions listed here.
2. Return Policy in Case of Damage
We place great emphasis on the quality of our products. However, if you receive damaged goods, we offer you a 15-day return policy from the day of receipt of the goods. To facilitate the process, we ask you to describe the damage in detail and send corresponding photos to servicepoint.rrasi@hotmail.com. After reviewing the documents, we will initiate the return process and cover the costs of returning the damaged goods.
3. Delivery Time
The delivery time of our products may vary depending on the product type, availability, and individual production conditions. We strive to deliver orders within 2 days to 2 weeks. We will proactively inform you about the status of your order. In case of delays, you will be notified immediately.
4. Print On Demand and Environmental Responsibility
As a print-on-demand company, we actively contribute to environmental protection. By producing on order, we avoid overproduction and contribute to the reduction of waste. This approach is a central part of our company philosophy and reflects our commitment to sustainable business practices.
5. Exchange and Defective Goods
If you should be dissatisfied with a product or if you notice defects, please contact us at Contact@rrasi.ch. We will review each request individually and strive to find a satisfactory solution for you. The return of defective goods will take place after our confirmation of the defect.
6. Exclusion of Return Right for Dislike
Please note that products that do not meet your taste but are free of defects are excluded from exchange and return. Therefore, we recommend that you carefully review the product descriptions and images before placing an order.

10. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
The legal relationships between the customer and RRASI.ch are exclusively governed by the law of Switzerland. Unless otherwise agreed, the venue is determined to be the provider's location. This applies in particular if the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law.
11. Modification of the GTC
The provider reserves the right to change these GTC at any time and without notice. Changes will be published on the website and are effective from the time of their publication. For orders placed before the amendment, the GTC valid at the time of the order apply.
